Hi Tara, nice blog and great pictures. I just came back from Iran myself and I share many of the same feelings that you felt while there. Unfortunately, I wasn't there long enough (only 2 weeks) to go see the places you did. Don't stop documenting your trip. I, and im sure many others, really enjoy reading them. You took me back 28 years, you aroused feelings about Iran which I had managed to block since December 1979 when I watched Tehran for the last time from a Swiss Air plane. Thank you for taking me on this journey through the lens of your camera.
I had heard comments here and there about Tara at UVA, Tara and her writings, Tara and her incredible poetry and now I understand why there was all this "chatter" about Tara.
Bravo! I have so much enjoyed your blog and with no doubt in my mind, I look forward to seeing and hearing about Tara and her future achievements.
